Return & Refund Policy

At Decorique, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique home décor piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and simple return process.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including all protective materials and tags). Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Region: Returns are only accepted from addresses within the United States (US).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that were specially ordered, customized, or personalized.
  • Damaged Items: Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use/installation by the customer.

3. Initiation the Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@decorique.store with the subject line "Return Request - Order # [Your Order Number]."
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Note: Items returned without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

4. Shipping the Return Item

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item).
  • Fragile Goods: Due to the delicate nature of our ceramics and mirrors, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit back to our facility.

5. Refunds (Processed via PayPal)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal Note: Since all payments are processed through PayPal, all refunds will be issued back to your PayPal account. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your bank or card depends on PayPal's processing times.

6. Defective or Damaged Goods (Our Guarantee)

We meticulously inspect every item before shipping, but we understand that transit can be harsh on delicate Sculptural Minimalism pieces.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged (e.g., shattered mirror, cracked vase), please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@decorique.store.
  • Required Documentation: Please include clear photographs of the damage, the exterior shipping box, and the packing material. This documentation is essential for filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, as preferred.

7. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item separately. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing.
