Welcome to Decorique (referred to as the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and your purchase of any products offered on the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. Scope of Service: Decorique offers products (home décor items, including vases, mirrors, and clocks) for sale exclusively to users located in the United States (U.S.). We do not ship or sell products outside the U.S.

B. Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

C. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Orders

A. Product Information: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products (e.g., sculptural ceramics, aluminum finishes) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. Minor variations in handmade items (like ceramics) are expected and are not considered defects.

B. Pricing and Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

C. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. Billing and Payment

A. Exclusive Payment Method: All purchases made on the Site must be completed exclusively using PayPal. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated PayPal account.

B. Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

C. Sales Tax: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

A. Shipping Policy: Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Shipping Policy.

B. Shipping Region: We only ship to addresses within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

C. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

A. Policy Reference: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy (or Refund Policy), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

B. Item Condition: Items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-returnable.

A. Site Content: All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the "Sculptural Minimalism" aesthetic, is the exclusive property of Decorique and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

B. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you send certain specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Decorique, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
